I know it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me (in a blog post at least) but even with that as the case, I didn’t forget about any of you.
On that note, let’s play a little catch up.
Since Just One Spark released a lot has happened. I took the summer off to regroup and spend time with family, friends, and my husband. Grant (The Hubby) and I decided we are going to get a new house … real geniuses we are (say with sarcasm) and it’s very time consuming. However, it is in progress and we should moving in by February.
Although, at this time, I don’t know when the next release will be, I haven’t stopped writing. I have a new book that isn’t part of the Black Alcove series fully written. I’m trying a new route with this book, so as soon as I get feedback, I’ll let you know what my plans are to release it.
I began writing another new story. My first YA Romance. The plotting is about 80% complete. Between the plot line and what I already have written, it’s going to be amazing.
Although I am enjoying stepping outside of my box with these new novels, the light, funny, and feel good love stories will always be my favorite. With that in mind … I started writing another story. It’s another NA Romance and already so adorable, but also sexy. Never forget the sexy.
I also plan to finish the Holiday Novella I started over the summer.
The big question … when will Abby’s book (the final book in the Black Alcove series) come out?
The answer … it’s still plotted. I’ve added to the plot and I’ve written a few scenes. The three books I mentioned above will be done before hers. It’s not that I don’t want to write her story because I do. Lately, I’ve just been enjoying the change these other books have brought me. It will release in 2018 for sure though, even if it the very last day of the year. That I can promise.
I’ve also been enjoying the distractions. Game of Thrones. Books by Samantha Young, Emma Chase, Abbi Glines, and Rachel Van Dyken also easily gain my attention and distract me from my GOT distraction 🙂
Feel free to post more questions for me and you can always reach me through Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
Till next time and remember, love never comes with a warning!

Ethan Connelly has spent most of his adult life trying to be accepted by his father, and now he has the chance to make him proud. JUST ONE TOUCH: Secrets … they’re risky business.
Conner Brian was kept in the dark about being a father, so he isn’t a fan of people who aren’t truthful. Alexis Parker has finally taken a leap of faith to meet her brother. When Alexis moves into the apartment across from Conner, they both soon realize how pieces of their own lives affect the other. But even though their connection feels real, some things are better left unshared.
JUST ONE MOMENT: Skylar Atwood wants to find herself. After years of everyone making choices for her, she’s finally on her own, determined to make any and every decision she can. But being homeless and then accused of breaking and entering isn’t how her new life was supposed to go.
It’s been a year, and Luke Warren isn’t handling his father’s death very well. As the only man of the house now, Luke takes on the role as a provider for his mother and sisters. Working extra hours to help his mom pay the bills and sacrificing all his free time is beginning to take its toll on him. Until he knows they’ll be okay, he won’t quit. Not even vandalism to his family’s bookstore will stop him.
Despite the fact Luke blames Skylar for everything going wrong in his life and Skylar thinks Luke’s the most uptight jerk she’s ever met, the two can’t stop the attraction that continues to draw them together. Giving in to their feelings is the easy part, but one moment can ruin everything. Luke can’t change his past, but his future won’t be the same if Skylar isn’t in it.
JUST ONE SPARK: All Beth Moyer wanted was a one-night stand, an evening to relax and cut loose before she went to work at her new grown-up job. Instead, all she got was a few minutes that left her mortified and another reason why you can never trust a man.
Maverick Mitchell is ready to prove he’s learned from his mistakes and move forward. But before it’s time to buckle down, one last fling won’t hurt. Or so he thought. On the first day of his new start, the feisty redhead he met over the weekend is the first person he sees.
An office romance isn’t the smartest idea. Sneaking around is an even worse one, but neither can deny the fire that has sparked between them. Considering Beth and Maverick are competing for the same position and only one will be offered the job, they can only hope that every choice they’ve made doesn’t end up in flames.
